Boxing*
Our teachers will help your people focus on team spirit, motivation and enthusiasm via energetic and entertaining fitness boxing with relevant mental training and team coaching. Energize your people, laugh a lot, strengthen team spirit, and offer healthy inspiration with a boxing event.
Minefield**
Participants must go through an “explosive” mine field. They can’t see anything and are therefore dependent on the help of their team partners. A really fun challenge that stimulates team spirit and people’s memory.
Star Hunt**
On the Star Hunt, participants must go around the building and find various special pick-up points and then return back to where they started where the relevant activities are solved or done. A mixture of questions, riddles and physical tasks are posted at the various pick-up points.
Human Football**
Table football in human size. Participants are tied to poles and can only move sideways in cooperation with the next person who is also tied to the pole – just like in a “real” table football game.
Human Ball**
A new ball game where you can’t use your hands or feet. This tests the participants’ ability to work together because they must deliver and score without kicking or hitting the ball. To win, it’s not necessary to be the strongest team but rather to work well together, maintain a sense of perspective, and have a good strategy.
Goal Ball**
All participants are blindfolded and must then try to shoot the ball over the opponents’ goal line while trying to prevent the other team from scoring goals. To play, all the other senses must be used.
Climbing**
A trip up our 10-meter high indoor or 18-meter high outdoor climbing wall - guided by professional instructors. The security is top notch. An exciting challenge.
Bowling**
Score points with colleagues – 16 new lanes in an inviting lounge atmosphere.
Sound and Light Obstacle Course**
Participants must go down a long, narrow, dark passageway with strobe lights flashing – accompanied by loud music – forcing their way around large rubber balls to fetch round objects with letters on them, memorize a Lego figure, and then return to their team outside the room. Outside the teams must put together the letters to make words and assemble the Lego figure.
Shooting**
Rifle shooting with a 22 calibre rifle. Can you hit the target from 15 meters away?
Picasso**
One part of the team looks at the painting and guides the other part of the team, who can’t see the painting, to paint the picture. So good communication – teamwork – and the ability to paint are important! How close can the team get to reproducing the original picture?
