GUEST CARD
All adults must be in possession of a valid Youth Hostel Card. Guest cards are available at Danhostel at DKK 35 per person, per day for patrons without Youth Hostel Cards. An adult membership card can be purchased for DKK 160.

GROUP CARD
A group card is mandatory. Group cards can be purchased at Danhostel for DKK 200.

HOW MUCH IS BREAKFAST? DO I NEED TO BRING BED LINEN?
Prices quoted here and elsewhere for staying over at DANHOSTEL are intended as a guide and do not include the cost of bed linen or breakfast. Bring your own or hire linen, including a bath towel, at Reception (DKK 60 per person, per visit). NB Sleeping bags are not allowed at DANHOSTEL Copenhagen City. Our breakfast buffet costs a very reasonable DKK 74 for adults and DKK 37 for children, under the age of 12. Breakfast is served every morning from 07:00 to 10:00.

ARE BEDROOMS EN SUITE?
Yes, all guest rooms are en suite.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
Your room is available from 14:00 on arrival and must be vacated by 12 noon, at the latest, on departure day. If you intend to arrive after 17:00, please advice Reception of your expected time of arrival. We reserve the right to cancel reservations at 17:00 in the event of a no-show. Noise and other disturbances are not permitted in guest rooms between 23:00 and 07:00.

LEFT LUGGAGE?
Most guest rooms are supplied with a locker, which can be padlocked. Padlocks are available for hire at Reception. If you arrive ahead of check-in time, luggage may be left in a secure room at your own risk. Groups should enquire at Reception with respect to left luggage arrangements when arriving ahead of official check-in time, 14:00. Luggage may not be left at DANHOSTEL after check-out. Left Luggage facilities are available at nearby Central Station.

MAY I COOK AND LAUNDER AT DANHOSTEL?
DANHOSTEL has a guest kitchen and a Laundromat on the ground floor. Remember to top up your key card at Reception before using the machines. The kitchen is reserved for individuals and families. Groups of ten or more may not use the kitchen. Cooking or eating in guest rooms is not permitted. Alcoholic beverages are banned from DANHOSTEL. Duty staff reserve the right to confiscate any alcoholic beverages found on the premises.

HOW MANY TO A ROOM?
Our guest rooms, all of which are en suite, sleep between 6 and 10, in W/M rooms, W/W rooms and M/M rooms. Our smallest rooms sleep 4 (family rooms). To book a double room (2 sharing), you must pay for the extra beds to have the room to yourselves.

SMOKING POLICY?
Smoking is prohibited everywhere inside DANSHOSTEL. Guests are requested to go outside to smoke.

HOW DO I BOOK AND PAY?
Guests pay right away when booking online. DANHOSTEL confirms all online booking by e-mail. When booking by phone or by post, confirmation is either by e-mail or by post. Bookings made more than 14 days ahead to arrival must be paid in advance. Bookings made less than 14 days ahead to arrival must be paid on check-in.
