Breakfast for guests staying at the DGI-byen Hotel is served at Restaurant Vestauranten centrally located between the hotel and Øksnehallen in a beautifully renovated building in Copenhagen’s old meat packing district. The restaurant is, in fact, furbished in what were once cattle stalls, painstakingly renovated while retaining some of its finer original details, transforming the building into a high-ceilinged, bright and inviting gourmet establishment. Vestauranten serves à la carte (10% discounts for guests of the DGI-byens Hotels), and provides set lunches and dinners for hotel and conference guests. Seating 220, Vestauranten welcomes parties, big and small.

A health code index, our term for nutritious, wholesome food devoid of all cream, butter, mayo and full-fat crème fraiche in our starters and mains, using only fresh herbs and spices for flavouring, is in operation at Vestauranten.
