Rent Oksnehallen

The exhibition venue Øksnehallen with its 5,000 sq. m hosts many different types of events such as trade fairs, product presentations, as well as dinners and parties for anywhere from 300 to 3,400 sitting guests. There is also space enough for conferences with 300 – 1,200 participants. The venue’s flexible space can be divided into smaller units depending on the requirements.

We offer total solutions and provide creative and qualified advice when it comes to content, entertainment, and the optimal use of the venue. We also prepare layout sketches and have a great deal of experience in lighting, sound, and creative stage design. Our PR department can advise when it comes to PR and graphic design. And we can also arrange VIP events, hospitality events, and arrange for special openings of our cultural exhibitions.

For the events, we can provide some of Denmark’s absolute best cooking thanks to Øksnehallen’s close cooperation with leading chefs Erwin Lauterbach, Vivi Schou and Henrik Pedersen from Babette, Claus Meyer, Jan Hurtigkarl, and Jan Pedersen from DGI-byen’s restaurant Vestauranten.

Vestauranten’s lunch buffet offers seasonal foods and always reflects our desire to combine good nutrition with good taste and enjoyment. We use, as far as possible, all the excellent ingredients available in Denmark and offer our best interpretation of traditional Danish dishes.
