The Spa

The Spa at DGI-byen invites you to cultivate wellness and bathing traditions and to relax in quiet surroundings. The entry fee is valid for both the Swim Centre and the Spa and gives you access to many good ways to nourish your body and mind.

Choose among our many activities and put together your own individual wellness programme when you arrive.

Peeling with salt and wood wool followed by a steam bath, sauna and a dip in the cold water pool are a great way to get the circulation going. Joining one of our sauna themes will heighten your enjoyment. You can also keep away the winter blues with light therapy – or dream of southern sun and warmth in our solariums. Or enjoy our relaxation room with water beds and infrared lamps.

First come first served
Please note that you must book a time for some of the activities – and that you must book the times in person when you arrive. We accept reservations on a first come first served basis. We hope you understand that on busy days it can be difficult to find time for everything!
