Water activities



When you work out in the water, it doesn’t feel as hard as on land – and the training is pleasant because you don’t notice that you are sweating. Plus you don’t strain your body’s joints and bones in the same way as on land, which reduces the risk of injury. But the exertion and your pulse rate are still high. Exercising in the water is a good choice for pregnant women, people who are overweight, or people with muscle injuries. Come and join us!

Water aerobics is first and foremost fun and effective. We use the body’s weightlessness in the water and the resistance of the water to effectively exercise the whole body. Just like on land, we do aerobic exercises to music with strength training and a cardio workout.

Daytime:
Monday and Wednesday 7.00 – 7.45 am
Evening:
Monday and Wednesday 8.00 – 8.45 pm

Aqua spinning
Aqua spinning is biking on a stationary bike in the water – a combination of traditional spinning and water aerobics. There are no special requirements – everyone can join in. We recommend bicycle shorts / swim trunks, swimsuits and bathing shoes (can be bought at the ticket office). You can also wear socks or stockings? instead of bathing shoes.

Daytime:
Tuesday and Thursday 7.00 – 8.00 am
Saturday 10.30-11.30 am

Evening:
Monday and Wednesday 9.00 – 10.00 pm
