When you either purchase goods or services from or otherwise interact with DGI-byen, DGI-Byen will processes your personal data in the capacity of a data controller.

In this document, we describe our processing of your personal information when you purchase goods or services from us and / or sign up for one or more of our newsletters.

The processing of personal information when you purchase products, services, memberships and teaching from us.

As a paying customer, you will be prompted to provide, for example, name, email address, payment card information and other contact details relevant to your purchase of products, services, memberships, and teaching from us.

Personal data may also include information about disability, allergies, special food preferences and other health or medical information that you as a guest or customer voluntarily share with us for safety reasons or because they affect the service provided to you by DGI-Byen.

In addition to the information you provide to DGI-Byen, DGI-Byen may also retrieve or process third-party information, such as from travel or event agencies. Only DGI city employees, who by virtue of their job function require access to the registered personal data, will be granted access to said data.

Our general policy is to store data about purchases for up to 6 years after the customer relationship is completed, after which they are deleted.

If you are a supplier to DGI-Byen, we will also ask for your name, email address, CVR number, payment card details and other contact details that are relevant to our purchase and we treat this information in the same way as we do that of our guests and customers.

When you sign up for our newsletters, we only register your email address, which is used exclusively to send you our newsletters.

We also use cookies and similar technologies to track your actions on DGI-Byens and Øksnehallen’s websites and social media.
